Common Questions
Data allowance is a combination of peak and off-peak data allowances. If your data allowance is 200GB, 50% of that allowance (100GB) will be allocated for use in peak hours and the remainder for use during off-peak hours.
Peak hours are between 8:00AM - 1:00AM with Off-peak hours being between 1:00AM - 8:00AM.
Data allowance is reset at the beginning of your next billing period. There are no excess usage charges on these plans, instead the service is shaped to 256/256kbps.
Static IP Addresses can be applied for. please contact us for more information (charge of $2.20 per month applies). If you require multiple addresses please contact us for more information.
Usage charges for telephony calls on our Package plans are available by clicking the Call Rates button below.
Value Add Services
Refer a friend to one of Planet Ozi's Package plans (Broadband + Line Rental) and receieve $50.00 credit to your account per referral. For those with big families that could get you free internet for a year or more!
To qualify, please get your referal to quote your account number at signup when using the online form or if preforming the signup over the phone quote either your account number or username.
